The End

That is, the end of the year, my karate training for the year and the end of school (also, unfortunately, only for the year).
Well, to end the Karate year, Sempai has organized a BBQ tonight down by the river which is next the the place we train. Well, that's where we're planning to have it, but if it rains (highly likely) we'll just have it in the building.
Actually, right now, the weather is looking beautiful- a few clouds, but the sun is shining and the sky is blue.
But i live in Melbourne and the weather is a total pre menstrual bitch. Seriously, the weather is never right for the season. Our summer just started, and it was 'Summer' for two days, and then we were flooded (literally. It was all over the news).

The picture on it is full on sequins and chains and stuff.  But its the sides i really love. Sorry if the pic is blurry, but that's what's holding the piece/s together. It's on both side <3 God i love it, and i havent had a chance to wear it out (the shorts as well) so that's what I'm wearing tonight.

Hey guys--

Sorry for not updating for a while, I was pretty busy with the END OF SCHOOL!! 

That's right, school is over! For me, anyway; my lil brother has another two weeks to go, haaah~

Well, we had exams two weeks ago, English and science. Let me tell you, I totally over studied for the science, which I got 86% for (A), whereas I didn't even look at my English notes convinced I'd be ok; I totally ace it, 100% (A+). WTF?

I was pretty pissed, only an A for all those days (and nights) wasted studying?

Whatever, the English result made up for it, to a certain extent, anyway.

And, I had my karate grading to get my red belt-  passed! But I was kind of annoyed, I got 1 question wrong on the written test. I know, I know, I should be grateful that I did pretty well, but wouldn't you be a LITTLE annoyed? ARGHH just ONE frickin' question ==" well, I'm glad I passed, but the stamina was hard as! I couldn't do half of it, and I was on the ground for most of it.
Ugh, well at least my body's recovered (mostly).

I have holiday homework as well, which I'm looking forward to tackling. Seriously, I am! It's for VCE fashion design next year kyaa-- can't wait (:
I have write something about fashion illustration (definition, uses, etc.) and THEN I have annotate at least 6 different illustrations which have to be created with different mediums. The best part, though, is that I get to choose my 2 favourite illustrations and recreate them! Using the same medium that the artist did, of course. I've chosen to do these two;;

Also, my great aunty and my uncle came from America to visit us (well, my grandpa).
They got us a mud mask thinggy. It's heavy.

When we went to the airport to welcome them, I saw 2 teams of basketballers from China. Well, I'm only assuming they were basketballers, but they were hella tall. Like, really, really tall. And cute, and checking me out. That tends to happen with Asians and me (also Asian). Lucky me ;)

I know, my blog writing style is really jumpy, but it's just what I'm thinking at the moment, so at least it's honest. 
Summer has just hit Australia! 

Tick Tock ... *DING!*

Hey guys~

This has been a very non eventful week. All I did really was go to my friend's house with my best friend to make muffins. The three of us did our best, and let's just say they turned out crap, at best. We asked my friend's mum what she thought went wrong, and she said we used too much baking powder. Funnily enough, I recall a conversation that went along these lines;;

Me: Guys, this isn't a tablespoon.

Friend: Nah, that's the teaspoon. We need three teaspoons worth of baking powder.

Me: This isn't a teaspoon either. It's one of those ridiculous spoons that are in between; either way, it's too small to be a tablespoon and way too big to be a teaspoon.

Friend: Mary, relax. That's obviously a teaspoon.

It wasn't.

In fact, the muffins taste so bad that at first, we thought that our 'this is a teaspoon' friend had actually put 6 ounces of salt in as opposed to 6 ounces of sugar (ounces because we couldn't find any measuring equipment with grams on it).

Anyway, I decided that we would make cookies next time.  Afterwards, we went out to buy sweet things to rid our mouths of the taste of baking powder flavoured muffins. 

Moving on. Remember how my dad bought me that clock last week? Well he didn't, it was my mum that did, oops. Anyway they went to the secondhand market again and my mum got me another clock! Damn, now I don't know which one I like better.  

My brother and I only go with them every second week, because we need our sleep and unfortunately can't wake up at 6am every Sunday to go trawling through markets. Especially since I go to school every day BUT Sunday, I want to be able to sleep in at least ONCE ever two weeks.

I also got a shirt and a very pretty necklace (:

Last of all, I have a karate grading soon. I really hope I can move up, so wish me luck!

Hey guys (^-^)/

So, it was Halloween on Sunday. Where I'm from (Australia), we don't celebrate it. So me and my friends decided to throw a Halloween party (: Not having enough time to make an outfit, I went as a panda. So no photos of it, because it was nothing special, except for the panda hat that I wore (^з^)-☆

On Monday, I went shopping with my mum and bought... a Tilkah necklace <3<3 I love it it's so pretty!--- 

Also, in the last blog, I promised you guys a photo of the new clock my dad bought me;;

Today (Tuesday) I went to the city with my family, and bought a SHINee poster! Do any of you guys know the band SHINee? They're only the hottest Korean boy band after Big Bang! (; I love their songs ♪(´ε｀ )

BTW, I'm not wagging school to go out. We have a four day long weekend.

Hey guys! Didn't go out this week, being swamped with school work. It's term four and therefore customary to throw schoolwork at us poor students, when they could have just spread the work out evenly throughout the year. However, I do go to Saturday school (to learn Vietnamese) and there's no uniform regulations there (other than wear clothes as opposed to costumes, or nothing at all) so this is what I'm going to show today.

I'm dying to find out what happens and Kubo's two week hiatus isn't helping the situation. Do you think the series is over? I sincerely hope it isn't, because it's my first love, in terms of shounen manga.
